Mask Fit Testing Booking & Attendance Policy

​To ensure fair access to appointments and to allow proper preparation for each client, the following booking and attendance policies apply to all qualitative mask fit testing appointments.

​Deposit Policy
  • Deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that we cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • If we cancel or change your appointment time, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment, at your choice.

    Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time using the online booking system.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time are not eligible for deposit transfer.

    No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Clients who do not attend their appointment will be required to make a new booking and submit a new deposit.

    Late Arrival Policy

  • A 15-minute grace period is provided.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time:

  • May be charged an additional $20 late fee if the fit test can still be completed within the remaining appointment time, or

  • May be required to rebook if the schedule does not allow sufficient time to safely complete the test.

  • Service is not guaranteed for arrivals beyond the grace period.

    General Terms

  • These policies apply to all individual and group bookings.

  • Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of this policy.

  • These measures help ensure appointment availability, safety, and respect for scheduled time.
