Mask Fit Testing Booking & Attendance Policy
​To ensure fair access to appointments and to allow proper preparation for each client, the following booking and attendance policies apply to all qualitative mask fit testing appointments.

​Deposit Policy

Deposits are non-refundable, except in the event that we cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If we cancel or change your appointment time, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment, at your choice.
Rescheduling Policy -
Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time using the online booking system.

Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time are not eligible for deposit transfer.
No-Show Policy -
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Clients who do not attend their appointment will be required to make a new booking and submit a new deposit.
Late Arrival Policy -
A 15-minute grace period is provided.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time:

May be charged an additional $20 late fee if the fit test can still be completed within the remaining appointment time, or
-
May be required to rebook if the schedule does not allow sufficient time to safely complete the test.

Service is not guaranteed for arrivals beyond the grace period.
General Terms -
These policies apply to all individual and group bookings.

Booking an appointment constitutes acceptance of this policy.

These measures help ensure appointment availability, safety, and respect for scheduled time.
