Annual Premium First Aid Kit Draw Rules
How to enter:

You can enter into the draw by leaving a public Google review after you have taken a course with Forest City First Aid Inc. One (1) entry per review to a maximum of two (2) entries per year per person. You must leave a review after you have taken the course with Forest City First Aid Inc in order to enter into the draw.

What's the prize?
​
You will win one (1) Forest City First Aid Premium First Aid Kit that has been customized to meet the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 1101 up to 15 employees working on the same shift. This First Aid Kit released in 2021, has high-quality equipment, exceeds the WSIA Regulation 1101 and is very well organized so you can grab what you need faster without wasting time.

When are the deadline and the draw?
​
The deadline is December 31st 11:59 pm of each year and the draw will take place on or around Jan 31st of the following year. The winner will be contacted by phone and or email within one (1) week of the draw.
I Won! How to claim the prize?
​
The winner can ask us to ship the prize to you for free if you reside in Ontario. If you would like us to ship the prize outside of Ontario a fee will apply. You may also decide to schedule a time to pick up the prize at one of our location for free. The winner must claim their prize within two (2) months of the draw or will forfeit the prize.
