About Us
Our Mission: Provide the best experience in First Aid & CPR training.
FCFA uses high-end realistic equipment with lots of hands-on scenarios for higher quality learning and better experience as the foundation for all courses. This allows the candidates to finish the course with stronger confidence and a better experience overall. Our crash-course teaching style helps participants, save time, be engaged and receive their certification faster through the Lifesaving Society. You can come to our location or we can come to you!
Our private courses can be customized to the group depending on their career or needs. We replace the lungs on the manikins before every class and disinfect other equipment with disinfectant wipes to ensure your safety is at the highest level.
Our instructors are all highly-trained and many work in related fields.

Steven D.
"One of the best CPR courses I have done. I had a great teacher. Very involved hands on real life situations that help put a situation in perspective as a first aider. Learned a lot, good energy which made the course more enjoyable. I wish more teachers/instructors had this real life approach and sense of humour. Normally training can be very boring, but I genuinely enjoyed this 2 day course."

Can I take the SFA Recert?WSIB'S SFA RECERT POLICY: The Ontario Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) specifies that Standard First Aid (SFA) award holders may recertify just once on a SFA recertification course. To renew a SFA certification subsequently, WSIB requires you to repeat the full course. Thereafter, you may renew by alternating recertifications and original courses. If your SFA certification is older than three years, WSIB requires that you take the full course (not a recert) again. Holders of Standard First Aid certificates must recertify only with the original certifying agency. Check your Lifesaving Society qualifications using "Find a Member" before you attend your Standard First Aid recertification to make sure you meet WSIB's requirement.

You will get a chance to practice actually giving artificial breaths on realistic manikins (other organizations rarely ever do this because of larger class sizes and extra cost). We have a 99.9% pass rate because our highly skilled instructors know what they are doing and how to help you succeed.
-
